Shipping Policy
If your package has been returned to sender please contact our customer service team via email at info@fixxdbeautybundles.com or give us a call at 623.335.2887. If your package is received back to our warehouse without notice Fixxd Beauty Bundles will attempt to reship your order to the provided address. If the order is retuned to sender for a second time a refund will be issued.

Can I cancel or change an order after I've placed it?
Getting your order to you with speed and accuracy is our top priority. Once you submit an order, the shipment process begins immediately and we are unable to honor requests for item changes or order cancellations.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES ONLY (WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ORDER ARRIVING, IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER. *ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION; UNWASHED & UNUSED) WIG/LACE PRODUCTS: IF THE LACE IS CUT WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE.
